Oral Presentation Guidelines

If you are participating as either a speaker or poster presenter for Blood ISBT 2025, please read through the information below. If you have any queries, please contact blood@theconferencecompany.com.  

Please note presentation schedules/timings are expected to be released by the end of July.

Registration

All presenting authors (oral and poster) will be required to register for the Meeting in order to ensure their abstract(s) is included in the final program. Meeting registrations are available now. Register Here.

In order to ensure your abstract is included in the program, the presenting author needs to have registered by 29 August 2025. Otherwise, your presentation may be removed from the program.

If you decide to withdraw your abstract, please advise us via email as soon as possible so that the program can be adjusted accordingly.

Speaker Presentations

Please allow at least 3-4 minutes within your presentation time for questions at the end.

You will need to bring your presentation on a USB to the Speaker Preparation Room at least 3 hours before your presentation. The AV team will load your presentation onto the Meeting PCs and return your USB stick. As a backup we recommend you bring two copies on separate memory sticks, and that you bring any video and audio files embedded into your presentation as separate files.

Your allocated room for presentation will be available in the Meeting App and program - please be in your session room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and introduce yourself to the session chairs.

Slide Setup

Please save your slide setup in 16:9 ratio (widescreen) to fit the projection being used. 

Speaker Preparation Room

The Speakers Preparation Room is located in M12 on Level 2 of PCEC and will be open at the following times:
