Registration Fees

We encourage you to become an ISBT member and register early to benefit from lower registration fees.The fees vary depending on the date of registration and country of residence. The current list of countries classified by income can be found on the World Bank Index (WBI) website.

Please note: Payments will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD), include Goods and Services Tax of 10%, and are subject to current exchange rates and any applicable card or bank fees at the time of the transaction.
Prices listed in Euros (€) are estimates based on exchange rates at time of publication.

* Society Membership 
In order to register at the member rates offered, you must be a current financial member of ISBT (or HSANZANZSBTTHANZ). If you are not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced registration fees as well as Society benefits, please contact the Societies for more information on the membership criteria and cost. 

** Student Registration
To qualify for the student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a full time student at the time of the Meeting. Accepted forms of evidence include a letter from the university registrar’s office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are undertaking.

*** Corporate / Industry Registration
Corporate and Industry registrations are available on a limited basis and at the discretion of the Organisers. If you are a Corporate or Pharmaceutical representative interested in having a presence at Blood ISBT 2025, please consult the Sponsorship and Exhibition Prospectus. If you are an Industry representative an industry registration form will be available in due time.

Please note: In the interest of reducing fees Upper Middle, Lower Middle, and Low, WBI Countries along with students have the option reduce costs without a dinner ticket, choosing whether to purchase.

Full Registration Fee includes:

  • Access to all conference sessions Sunday 26 - Wednesday 29 October
  • Morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas as indicated in the program
  • Ticket to the Welcome Function, Sunday 26 October
  • Access to the Poster session on Monday 27 October
  • Access to exhibition
  • Name badge and conference materials

Publication of Abstracts
Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in final program. 

Terms & Conditions 

  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to Blood ISBT 2025.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
  • If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants. 

Cancellations: 

  • Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.
  • If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 19 August 2025. Cancellations made after 19 August 2025 are non-refundable. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Meeting.
